The hoodoo houndz are described as a “funky blues” band and that is where we sit quite comfortably. However, we have many musical influences and it shows in just about every song.
The live show is exciting and packed full of both original songs and adapted cover versions, with songs from artists as diverse as Susan Tedeschi, Freddie King, Debbie Davis, Koko Taylor and Rory Gallagher.
All are delivered in our own distinctive style, retaining a funky flavour with a boogie feel. You’re in for a lively and entertaining night if you book the houndz, we really get the crowd buzzin’ and your feet stompin’...
